Soapworks breaking the first rule of Fight Club....by talking about Fight Club!

At Soapworks we love to get involved in projects which are unique and exciting so we were over the moon when we were approached by the Glasgow Film Festival (GFF) to collaborate on a special screening of David Finchers Oscar nominated ‘Fight Club’.

As the characters make soap in the film then what better gift to give to attendees of the screening than a bar of soap! Even better when the bar soap is pink like in the movie. We were thrilled to partner with GFF to provide these soaps for the event, and help support a Glasgow-based cultural charity. Corporate social responsibility is always at the forefront of our minds and we were delighted to provide these soaps through our soap aid initiative.

The screening was a great success and our colleagues Alice and Claire who attended the event particularly enjoyed the interactive experience of seeing live actors re-create some of the iconic scenes along with seeing professional graffiti artists paint a mural.

Well done to all the team at GFF for organising such a fun and enjoyable event.
